This was a regional wage & benefit survey for benchmark positions in a ten county area. Selected large townships from across the state were also included in the survey.

PERSONNEL POLICIES

We get many requests for sample Personnel Policies. For townships, we recommend you start with the Ohio Township Personnel Management Sourcebook. The sourcebook includes a sample policies and procedures manual.
