On August 1, 2011, Captain Harold Britt was sworn in as the Chief of Police for the Uniontown Police Department. Harold, a Lake High School Graduate, brings with him a desire to serve the community in which he grew up. Harold replaces retired Chief Jack Coontz and becomes Uniontown Police District’s Fifth Chief since the inception of the Uniontown Police District in 1966.
On September 1, 2011, Michael Batchik and Nathan Weidman were both promoted to Sergeant I rank for the Uniontown Police Department. |
