BLS for Healthcare Providers Book	$13.00
Facility Fee	$5.00
Face Shield Key Ring	$8.00
Instructor Fee for 5 hours	$15.00
Fee for CMH to issue card	$6.00

Classes are filling quickly. For information on CPR training schedules – all questions, please call Shawna or Steve Downey at (513)732-1136. Fees will be collected at the beginning of every class. Checks are to be made payable to Stonelick Township. Anyone signing up for a public CPR class that is out-of-district will be charged an extra fee of $5.00.
