Sally was appointed Township Fiscal Officer to finish a term in 1998. She was re-elected again to another term this past November. Sally has been a member of many organizations including: the Ohio Township Association, the Richland County Township Association, Ohio Library Council, State Board - Garden Club of Ohio, Inc., and Crestline Patio Gardeners.

Sally resides at 5201 Hook Road with her husband Tom. They have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.

Sally is the Clerk-Treasurer at Crestline Public Library. She and her family have raised and shown Belgian Horses for over 30 years.

Sally attended Urbana College, and has attended many State required Continuing Educaton courses for Township Fiscal Officers.
