Penfield Township Hall
Penfield Township has two halls at the intersection of Rts. 18 and 301 (41012 ST RT 18, Wellington, OH 44090). These are used by scouts, 4H groups, and township resident's funeral lunches, free of charge. The halls are rented out for weddings, graduations, showers, etc.
The 48' X 48' hall with the kitchen rents for $300. The large community room addition has seating for 312, banquet set up for 145 persons and a kitchen servery. Rectangular tables and padded chairs are included. A $200 security deposit is additional, to be returned if there are no problems.
The smaller hall was newly renovated in 2003 and is also available for rent for $100. The hall has seating for 89 or banquet set up for 42 persons with electrical outlets for roasters, crock-pots, or coffee makers. Table and chairs are included. A $50 security deposit is additional, to be returned if there are no problems.
Folding chairs are available for off site rental and can be picked up at the recycling center. Contact the Fiscal Officer at 440-647-2540 for additional information.
