Departments - Police

The unincorporated area of Lake Township is serviced by two police departments – the Uniontown Police Department and the Stark County Sheriff. The Uniontown Police Department patrols a district of approximately 9 square miles in the Northwest area of Lake Township which includes Lake High School, Lake Middle School, the stadium complex and the Lake Township Community Park. The remainder of the unincorporated area is serviced by the Stark County Sheriff. The Hartville Police Department services the area within the Village of Hartville corporation limits.
