Jack Marks was elected Fiscal Officer in November 2007 and took office April 1, 2008. Jack is a graduate of Warren High School and Marietta College. He is a retired math teacher, spending his last 33 years teaching at Warren High School. A resident of Barlow Township since 1972, Jack and his wife, Donna, reside in Fleming, Ohio.
Jack is responsible for maintaining all official records of the township. He prepares the annual budget, as well as monthly and annual reports. He is responsible for the collection of monies due the township and the proper disbursement of those monies. He also is in charge of all payroll functions of the township.
