Intergovernmental Relations:
Opportunities and Challenges for Cooperation

Description: This is a workshop about the principles and practices that can provide a framework for structuring working relationships between and among local governments. The workshop will explore Ohio law pertaining to opportunities and limitations for intergovernmental agreements and cooperative arrangements. The workshop will draw heavily from the positive and negative experiences of others who have engaged in cooperative agreements with other governments.
