Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution

Description: This is a workshop about the well-established principles and practices that are used to manage conflict and resolve disputes. The workshop is divided into four parts with each focusing on different dimensions of conflict management and dispute resolution. The workshop will focus on practical applications and examples of real situations that will help to build a framework for each participant to use the skills developed in the workshop.

      • One on One Strategies
      • Mediated or Facilitated Strategies
      • Action Agendas
IV. Managing Conflict and Resolving Disputes Within the Community Relating to Public Policy Issues or Actions of Local Government
 
      • Informal Meetings
