Communicating and Working with Citizens

Description: This is a workshop about establishing more positive and effective relationships with all residents of the community. The workshop is built around the principle that should define the relationships between government and residents. The content of the workshop will be based upon best practices that are used in many localities around the state and nation to provide a framework for building effective relationships and engaging community residents with their government in very positive ways.
