Ohio Township Association Summer One-Day Sessions 2010

Online Pre-Registration Form

Deadline for pre-registration: Registrations Must Be Received Two Weeks Prior to Each Session Date.
Due to limited seating, on-site registrations may not be accepted.
Maximum Capacity Per Session: 100.

Online Pre-Registration Instructions:

  • For each one-day session you would like to register for, please enter the quantity and hit the "Add to Cart" button. You will be automatically redirected to the Shopping Cart page.
  • If you would like to register for multiple sessions, you will need to select "Continue Shopping" from the Shopping Cart page.
  • Once you have all sessions selected and in your Shopping Cart, hit the "Check Out" button.
  • From there, you will be taken to a secure server to enter your registration information and to process your credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard are accepted) thru VeriSign.
  • You must have a valid e-mail address in order to register online. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
  • We recommend that you also print out a copy of your order confirmation for your records.
  • Please submit a separate registration form for each registrant. All registrants must be entered on separate forms; do not enter more than a quantity of 1 for Conference Registration.
