Legislative Priorities for CLOUT as passed by the CLOUT Executive Committee include:

Revenue Generation (including sharing of county sales tax and sharing of fines with Sheriff and courts);

Subdivision and Building Regulations; and

Traffic and Road Changes (including provisions that must be supported by ODOT).
